Area Developer Franchisee

The Area Developer Franchise Program would best be suited for the investor with business management and sales & marketing skills.
The Area Developer franchisee is initially trained as a service technician. The Area Developer franchisee is not tied to a daily service route; however, he/she manages an entire Area of Primary Responsibility (APR). The management of the APR’s involves assisting all Operator Franchisees operating within the APR by providing: billing and collection services, technical support, and assisting with the development of routes, and opening of additional franchised territories
Total training program is four weeks in duration. The initial training includes two weeks of classroom and hands-on training covering technical, operations, sales and managerial skills, plus one additional week of training to cover the administrative end of running the franchise. An additional week is spent with franchisee upon their Grand Opening in the field by one of our field managers to help get the business up and running. On-going training and the introduction of new products and concepts are provided through regional meetings, advanced technical seminars, and annual conferences, field visits, the CCI Intranet, and the Toll Free Technical support line.
