2020 Encouraged CCI’s Employees to Excel

Last year was a difficult season for our employees. Government shutdown orders halted operations for many of our technicians, and our corporate staff was forced to pivot and begin working remotely. Our employees adapted to comply with new social distancing guidelines and sanitizing regulations when they were allowed to reopen. Hard work, perseverance, and optimism kept our technicians on-the-job and generating sales.

Our employees embraced our new Sanitizer & Disinfectant and found creative business strategies to introduce it to their business partners and communities. Many of our franchisees gave back to their local communities by sanitizing the vehicles of first responders to keep them safe on the road. J&J’s Creative Colors, an affiliate of CCI, weathered the pandemic by securing a loan from the U.S. Small Business Administration to provide job security to its loyal employees.
